Really, 49 out of 50 state attorneys general? Have we fallen so far as a country that the lack of commen sense is THAT widespread within our government? I mean, I expect bullshit like this from people like Obama and select members of Congress. But this is absolutely ridiculous. This would literally shut down every website ever that has the ability to post comments, or large forums, social media, everything. What company would want to run a business where they could get sued for the actions of its users that it had no part in? Sorry, not "could" but "would." These lawsuits have already happened before, but have been shut down due to Section 230 which they are trying to get rid of here.
