Really REALLY dont miss this one..... Green cabbage v finely sliced put in a pan with a bit of goose fat or butter, add some chicken stock ( not a lot) cook till tender (dont listen to those who say aldente) once the chicken stock has evaporated..... in a separate pan put at least one tablespoon of grain Dijon mustard with some crème fraiche and cook a bit...taste.... put the cabbage on a plate and spoon over the Dijon/crème mixture and enjoy this wonderful veggie (ps I am not a vegetarian)... enjoy!
