Really dont know where to begin. The past week has been nothing I ever imagined would happen. Everbody who knows me, knows I take care of myself with exercise and diet. I live it and preach it. Then what the hell happened? I ended in cardiac arrest, intubated, a defibulator and now on 2 cardiac meds. Also had an angiogram which was squeaky clean. Its all about STRESS. Yes stress can do this to you. Medical term Stress Cardiomyopthy. Officially washing my hands of all the things I cannot change. Both situations and people. Thank you to my family who has put up with me and always had my best interest at heart. Dan Gilbertson words cannot say how great of a man you are. Tonya Fransen-Bramstedt your my dearest friend and I thank God for you. I miss my kids and cant wait to be back home with them, at hockey, carting them around, making them lunches. All the things I love about being a mom.
