Really enjoyed giving my business to local merchants. My niece and I bought homegrown veggies from our local farmer - Friels . Wonderful folks and best corn anywhere. Next stop, Big Creek BBQ..most awesome pulled pork, ribs, and brisket. The spicy coleslaw, homemade potato chips and cheddar bacon cornbread are incredible. I know Dave will be thrilled :) Also popped in Doschers Market. Barbs homemade salads are fantastic. They also carry bread works Asiago bread and the rye salt sticks. Barb makes fresh pre ordered sandwich rings for under $20.00. So nice shopping local and keeping it on a first name basis. These local businesses in Economy Borough are all worth mentioning . Keep them in mind when youre out our way.
