Really fancied something sweet to go with my cuppa but as its cold & miserable here, I couldnt be bothered to go down to the shop! So, after having a look through my cupboard, I decided to make some flapjacks, which I used to do with the children when they were younger & still at home. This time though I added desiccated coconut, raisins & chopped glace cherries, brazil nuts & pecans to the mixture of butter, rolled oats, demerara sugar & half golden syrup, half Pearland, Texas honey! And I have to say theyre a bit bloody morish, & all for me! YUM! :D
