Really missing my American trainer who taught me for 8 years. Ms Rickner was one of the best gurus I have ever come across. Very strict with time. Out of 30 minute lesson , you reach there 5 minutes late, you would get only 25 minutes . $40 for 30 minute lessons I paid to learn from her for 8 years. Every penny was worth it. First thing she fixed was breathing. I was upset because for lessons after lessons (20 lessons ) I was paying just for breathing in and out correctly. Little did I know that this muscle memory I develop with her is going to last all my life. Lots of memories of her just brought smile on my face:) In Sanskrit body instrument is called Gatraveena. No teacher could ever teach me meaning of this word practically but Ms. Rickner!!
