Really wonderful 4th of July Freedom Celebration at Trinity Life this morning. All the branches of the Armed Forces were honored, Police, Firefighters and civil servants as well. A bag piper played Amazing Grace in honor of Balitmore County Police officer Jason Schneider who had been at last years Freedom Celebration service at Trinity but was killed in the line of duty just a few weeks later. I was especially moved when an actual piece of the World Trade Center was brought in and the Choir sang in honor of those who lost their lives. Then afterwards there were all sorts of Police, Fire and rescue vehicles for the kids to get to go around and see. The last picture is Jack in the Baltimore County Police Helicopter. Special shout out to Pastor Brian Biondo and the trinity choir! You guys did an amazing job! Also Speical thanks to Pastor Keith Applegarth who just works all the time for our kids. He was out there today in the parking lot working the bouncy house in the hot sun! I just love my church!
