The building was built with CMDA/equivalent approval and jurisdiction control from local bodies of governing and panchayat. Main thing these corporate media spread news to public to panic because of TRP and it was a clean lightening strike. I live near by and my cousin right behind it. I heard the clear boom of the thunder rappelling down and we got aware by a call from a neighbor who saw the news on a channel and the news channel was showing the wrong area first. People want to pin the blame on some one and it may be the norms got strict along with the rules being tightened, but not by spreading false news. I support the cause for land checks, soil test etc., but not with false claims. The other building also by the side still stands unscathed.
