Reassessment of Daniel Awet Akot, 39 laws against Nuer. People thought it was a joke, but now it is a reality. Cdr, Daniel Awet Akot declared in the freedom square in Yei, that the Nuer had been incurable disease of the southerners, before this disease spread further to control the whole south, I for one Daniel Awet Akot made thirty nine laws against the Nuer, more laws will follow suit soon, who ever break a single of these laws will be killed or assassinated according to the laws written. This tribe has pushed the movement backward because of their stupidity, now they have come back with repentance, in order to minimize their problem, we have forgiven them but we never forget what they did in the decades back. Last time seven hundred Nuer (Any-Anya 11) commanders were transferred to me for deployment, all of them were not qualified for positions of office management neither skilled jobs, people of equatoria are far better then the Nuers. For the government in the south to succeed we have to disarm and scatter them politically in the course of the 3 years interim period It is only after executing the plans of scattering and transferring the Nuer top Commanders then the new Sudan will be a peaceful nation, we will relieved them from positions and sent them to home retirement, we shall deal seriously with the mightiest ones. As we are the founders’ leaders of the movement (SPLM/) it is our privilege to play this role. We will try our best to demote the Nuers; we shall break their horns. I made a decree that people of the same tribe should not govern their region by themselves alone, they have to be mixed with people from other tribes, and this will be the simplest way to annihilate the Nuer. Imagine a situation where SPLA is in peace with Government of Sudan where will they go to solicit support from? It will be impossible for the Nuer to stay in isolation and develop their own land by themselves without support from others. Our eyes are wide open nowadays; we are no longer in a sleep like we did in 1991.
