Rebounding can detox your lymphatic system AND challenge your cardiovascular system. Rebounding is a gentle movement on a rebounder or a mini trampoline. You do not have to be an acrobat to do this, and you can start with ONLY 7-10 minutes twice a day and gradually increase your time to about 20-30 minutes. There are many moves you can do on your rebounder, but today I am going to show some basic aerobic bounces. The aerobic bounces can be done after warming up with the basic health bounce that I discussed in How to Detox Your Lymphatic System NOW video. These 4 basic aerobic bounces are designed to challenge your oxygen delivery systems. The Rebound Walk is done after warming up with the health bounce. Gett into the center of the rebounder and walk as if marching in place. Lift your knees up in front of you one at a time. Dont forget to lean back slightly. The Rebound Jog is slightly higher energy. Begin jogging in place in the center of the rebounder. When your left knee comes up swing your right arm forward and when your right knee comes up swing your left arm forward. The Rebound Run is like the jog but at a faster pace. You can lean back as if doing high knees or lean forward as if doing butt kicks . Finally, the Rebound sprint is done the same as the jog but is done at the fastest pace. This will cause you to use all of your lung capacity so breathe deeply! You are using the largest muscles of your body while doing these aerobic bounces. Your heart rate increases and you will build strength and stamina as well as get the lymphatic system pumping. Rebounding is ideal when combined with an overall detox plan. Dont forget to subscribe to my channel: https://youtube/user/thesweeterthejuice12
