Receive a message confirming that my Vodafone prepaid recharge has been processed , but on checking balance I find that the amount has not been credited to my a/c. Accordingly I call up the CC ....First deterrent the background noise , second the funny accent ......I provide the Tid number from the sms , yet the guy unable to sort my problem ....I request for escalation of my call and after a wait of twenty odd mnts am told that all seniors too busy to attend and that my complain will be resolved in 24 hrs. After 23 hrs and 45 mnts I rcv another sms informing that my complain has been resolved , but on checking I find the amount still not credited . So, I call CC again.....I am told that I am already enjoying the benefits for my recharge ....on which I politely inform the agent that he should have checked his facts , as the benefits came with a second recharge made that afternoon .....then he keeps me waiting for another 10 mnts to enable him check the status ....and I am told that my recharge shows failed , so I shud go and get back my money from the retailer. My questions remains unanswered .as seniors again remain busy after 25 mnts of waiting ... how can they send me an sms saying my recharge has been processed, after the same has failed...... should I not be informed of the failure...... what was the resolution of my complain that they informed me of through their sms ......and if this is the scenario, what keeps the seniors so busy .....Finally, how does one go for escalation at all !
