Amy was brilliant, she did a deep tissue massage and focused on my shoulder to try and relieve the pain. I couldnt believe it when within two days after the massage my pain had eased off considerably. Towards the end of the massage, Amy also did a bit of relaxation massage which was a lovely way to end it! It was really good value for money and totally worth it after a stressful day/week at work!
