He showed up when he said he would, had state-of-the-art equipment, and was knowledgeable. He provided a written estimate that showed exactly what I was paying for. He came to do the work when he said he would, completed the job in a very professional manner, gave me good advice regarding prevention of the problem in the future, and followed up with me a few weeks later to make sure everything was OK. I would definitely use him again.
