Recent weeks have seen a play in which Spain began praising the end of the European rescue but it ends in advising continue reforms. The reforms must continue, especially those relating to the labor market. The IMF, the European Commission and the German Government took the Eurogroup meeting and Ecofin, to indicate that Spain should equate protection of temporary workers and permanent, and must change the incentive system for the unemployed back into the labor market more quickly. The latter can assume: reducing unemployment benefits and eliminating aid if workers do not form or do not accept offers.
