Recently a veteran came to me. He was in bad shape, both - TopicsExpress

Recently a veteran came to me. He was in bad shape, both physically and mentally. He told me that he regretted his life. He said that he had been a scapegoat. I sympathized with him and I told him that I don’t agree with him when he said that he was a scapegoat. He is a hero, he’s a saint. That put a lot of positive self-esteem in him because he was feeling so low. His thought was that his family did not have money, that’s why he had to get into the military, and that was the only option that was available to him, and at that time he did not understand what he was getting into, he said. As a result that he went, he suffered, and was handicapped. He feels pain, physical and psychological, and he doesn’t know how to handle this. And I told him: Look, you are a hero. You have sacrificed your life for the sake of the country. This is something that not many people can do. This is a gift given by God to you. Of course I empathize with you. I understand you’re suffering, financial, physical, as well as psychological. What I can give you is a remedy for all of them. Your finances can improve, your body can get well, and your psychological states also will get better, and that is the approach of faith in God. When you have no other avenue that can really, and meaningfully help you, then God can help you. When I say God, it is simply not preaching, but it is a matter of empowering you. --Dr. Pillai Watch this video -> https://youtube/watch?v=ZYLob3Y1TqY pillaicenter tripurafoundation.org
