Recently some (directly effected) residents received correspondence that RACV has submitted a proposal to redevelop their resort facilities and sewerage services at Cape Schanck. The development Plans are currently with Mornington Peninsula Shire with the opportunity for affected parties to submit inputs by 13 January 2015. FOCS is providing members with information available on the development plans. All residents can make an individual submission, in addition we are seeking your input on whether you think a FOCS should make a consolidated submission. If so we will be seeking a consensus view of FOCS members as to what should be included. For your information a copy of the notice from MPS regarding the development submission, along with a previous input made by FOCS to an earlier stage of the planning process for this development can be found on our webpage
