Receptionist & Office Admin (S$1400-2000,Alt 5.5days work week, Jurong) Responsibilities: •Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors •Manage and responsible for office administrative paperwork(such as renewal of contracts with suppliers - pantry item suppliers, office stationery suppliers, air-con, insurance, mobile phone plans etc) •Manage and handle directors air tickets, hotel booking, expenses claims etc •Assist the Marketing Manager as and when needed Requirements: •Minimum GCE ‘N’ level and 1 year relevant experience in junior secretarial or office admin background •$1400-$2000 per month •Candidates must be able to work alternate 5.5 days’ work week (Monday to Friday (8.45am-6pm), and 2 Saturday in a month (8.45-1pm) •Singaporeans preferred •Able to work at Jurong (Toh Guan area) We thank you for your interest in this position, applicants with relevant experience please send Microsoft word resume with expected salary to [email protected] for faster processing, alternatively, please visit machspeed.sg/availablejobs/ for more jobs available, thank you.
