Receptionist Saint Gobain Gyproc Egypt is seeking to hire a Receptionist with the below Criteria: Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: • Operates multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls. • Completes a variety of administrative duties. • Welcomes and directs visitors to concerned department. • Responsible for mobile business lines. • Coordinates hotel reservation ad travel bookings. • Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies. • Schedule meeting room reservation. • Performs other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating. Qualifications needed: • 0 -2 years of experience in administration , receptionist field. • Bachelor degree of Business, Communication or Accounting. • Excellent command of English and Arabic. • Very good Computer skills and Microsoft office. • Good Mathematical Skills. • Presentable and Hard Working. • Female candidates only can apply. • Job location is in Dokki.
