Recieved a phone call today informing me that my brother had been in a car accident, but not to worry and that he was okay. The man then asked me if I was Tom Grimmer and my brother was Bill Grimmer. Upon confirming this he informed me that my brother and the driver of the other car had gotten into a dispute over how much the damage of the car was resulting in the guy l, who I was told was a member of the mob, knocking bill unconscious with a pistol. I was requested to wire the man 1,000 dollars in ten minutes or he was going to kill my brother. When I asked to speak to my brother I was denied, at this point the story and the mans willingness to negotiate a lower price tipped me off that this was complete BS. I hung up and called and the police and my brother. My brother was completely fine and the police told me that this has been happening all over Mass. BE AWARE that this is happening. F these scumbags.
