Sloppy Joe Version: 2 (6-inch) sub rolls, cut open ½ cup Ritz crackers, crushed ½ small onion, chopped ¼ cup milk (I use skim) 4 tablespoons ketchup 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste 1 lbs ground beef 2 cups shredded cheese, fat reduced Hawaii Version: 2 (6-inch) sub rolls, cut open 2 tablespoons butter 6 slices of ham 2 pineapple rings, cut in cubes ½ teaspoon garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste 2 cups shredded cheese, fat reduced Good Morning Version: 2 (6-inch) sub rolls, cut open 3 eggs, slightly beaten 3 slices of ham 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce 1 teaspoon garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste 2 cups shredded cheese, fat reduced How you make it Preheat your oven to 425 F Sloppy Joe Version: In a medium sauce pan brown the ground beef Add onion, milk, ketchup, Worchester sauce, oregano, garlic and salt and pepper Cook until all liquid is gone, take away from heat and set aside Place the sub roll halves wit the cut side up on a cookie sheet and bake for about 5 minutes until crispy Now top the roasted sub halves with equally with the ground beef mixture, finish off with shredded cheese and bake for another 12-15 minutes (until cheese is browned) Hawaii Version: Place the sub roll halves wit the cut side up on a cookie sheet and bake for about 5 minutes until crispy Spread butter equally over subs and spice with garlic, salt and pepper Layer ham slices over it Place pineapple cubes on top and finish off with shredded cheese Bale for another 12-15 minutes (until cheese is browned) Good Morning Version: Place slightly beaten eggs in a microwave safe dish and microwave on high for about 2 minutes (times may vary, just look when the egg is cooked through) Take out of the microwave and scramble, then spice with garlic salt and pepper Place the sub roll halves wit the cut side up on a cookie sheet and bake for about 5 minutes until crispy Brush roasted subs with BBQ sauce Layer ham slices over it Place scrambled eggs on top and finish off with shredded cheese Bake for another 12 – 15 minutes (until cheese is browned
