Recipe Review Cinnamon Raisin Flax Meal From The China Study All-Star Collection Best easy whole foods make ahead nutritious delicious slightly dessert tasting breakfast - and filling so great after a workout or for a lazy late morning brunch. Made me feel special just eating it! Anyone want the recipe? K, I cannot await your eager responses!! Lol. Here is the recipe. Im going to try it with pears next! 2 Fuji apples (I used McIntosh instead) 1/2 cup ground flax 1/4 cup raisins 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 banana, sliced 1/4 cup pecan pieces (or whatever other nuts u enjoy) Chop the apples into small cubes, leaving the skins on. Add the apples, flax, raisins, cinnamon, and vanilla to your food processor or blender and process until all ingredients are mixed together. Finished mix should resemble a fine oatmeal. Scoop the mixture into 2 serving bowls and then add milk, bananas, and pecans. Try switching out the apples for pears or bananas.
