Recipes On demand, 10th august 2013- 2ND DAY OF EID "Corn Pasta Salad" ingredients: chicken boneless half kg macaroni 1 cup sweet corn 1 tin capsicum 1 salad leaves a few Oil 2tbsp garlic paste 1/2 tsp tomato puree 2tbsp toamto ketchup 2 tbsp salt to taste caster sugar 1 tbsp hot sauce 1 tbsp oregano leaves half tsp coriander leaves 2tbsp cream 4tbsp Method: 1. Boil boneless chicken in 1 cup water with salt and pepper. 2. Cook till tender and water dries. 3. cool and cut into cubes. 4. boil macaroni 5. for dressing in a bowl; mix oil. garlic paste, tomato puree and ketchup, salt, caster sugar, hot sauce, oregano, chopped coriander and cream. mix well. 6. add boiled chicken, macaroni, capsicum and corn to the dressing. mix all well 7. put on a bed of salad leaves. chill and serve.
