Recommend food for weight loss: Edamame (毛豆) I called my mom last week and she recommend me to eat more Edamame (for my delayed menstrual cycle). Edamame is a food of high protein, high fiber, low calories and good for menstrual cycle. The best part of it, it is extremely easy to prepare. It is better than tofu because it has more fiber. It is also better than soy milk because eating calories is better than drinking calories.
