Recruiter: Category : Recruiter Location/City : MA - Lexington Id : 3027954 Job Type : Contract/Temp Recruits, interviews and recommends placement of candidates from both internal and external sources. Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs. Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates. Extends approved offers to selected candidates and may arrange for relocation. Stays informed of developments in wages and salaries, employee benefits and general human resource policies. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience including recruiting senior-level candidates ( i.e., Director Level and above) into a highly sophisticated matrix corporate setting Pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry experience is preferred Ability to directly source talent at all levels adopting creative strategic methods; Executive Search experience highly preferred. Significant experience developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment sourcing strategies; identifying and leveraging external search firms; institutions and professional organizations; and developing personal recruitment networks Ability to bring forward an active external network of prospective industry related contacts to support the business strategy Understanding and skill in the use of broad range of recruitment tools and services including Web-based services; candidate search databases and applicant tracking systems, contingent and retained search consultants; and college based placement services Demonstrated experience in the ability to manage, influence and challenge all levels of clients Working knowledge of immigration issues; compensation design/trends; as well as, competency in understanding legal matters related to conflicts of interest in the screening/selection/hiring process Broad understanding of HR practices and related regional Employment laws and regulations Ability and willingness to travel locally and nationally to support recruitment activities and recruitment programs Fluency in English is required.
