Home Instead are immensely proud of the quality of care they provide, and due to their continued expansion are now seeking to recruit an experienced part-time Recruitment Coordinator (25 hrs per week) based at their office in Wolstanton. The successful candidate will recruit and screen CAREGivers who will provide the highest quality of service to clients, ensuring the business has a full complement of suitable staff to deliver its objectives. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong office and IT skills. Responsibilities • Proactive advertising to attract and recruit CAREGivers • Pro-actively sourcing potential candidates via a variety of channels including Job Fairs • Screening and short listing potential candidates • Interviewing candidates • Reference chasing • Compliance checking • Processing DBS checks • Arranging induction events for new recruits • Producing KPI reports • Handling all queries regarding recruitment The Candidate The right candidate will have experience in a recruitment based role; experience or knowledge of the care sector is desirable.
