“Red Rock” Red rock with in our serendipity of the times That come that have us inexorably shocked The blood upon the grave of vainful death and As well the wounds that were attempted to be Saved But, sanctity can only de discovered in delegated Natures of soldiers and civilians alike lie buried – Trapped beneath the ground From the stipulations and woes of then our wars Of egos against each other - Our very cultures and our nations When does the time come when the forte of war Finally arrives to its rightful end? When does the time come when we, indeed, can Gather together as brethren of men? In and through out the annals of history’s course We have fought each other based upon no real Reasoned rational other then generations past’s Placations to then become the present populaces To where we then inherit their own stipulated Entrenchment of war We forever turn to the evil essence of vengeance Based upon our forefathers history’s mistakes to Where we can never regain a peaceful sense of Togetherness as well life to, indeed, never again Discover the unforgiveable formidable grave To which we all within the daily courses of our Lives in the attempt to find the endeavor to not Forgo nor, to even then escape But, rather to retain the pages of history burning Up in smoke as we lie beneath the stained red rock The tombstones of our vengeful gainful blood of Relentless fires of history shall then ever stoke - R.J.
