RedCat Recruitment is seeking a RESTAURANT MANAGER / CHEF for a busy and growing restaurant in Pietermaritzburg. PERSON MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY! PERSON MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN PIETERMARITZBURG. JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS Grade 12. Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Any restaurant computer programmes a strong advantage. Previous experience managing a restaurant ESSENTIAL! Previous experience as a Chef a very strong advantage (baking / English cooking). Person must currently reside in Pietermaritzburg and be able to resume duties immediately (please do not apply if you do not currently reside in the Pietermaritzburg area).
