They are looking for someone with nanny experience, mature, who is based locally and is flexible, nurturing and caring. Children are very active and enjoy the local parks and amenities. A nanny with a strong local network would be ideal, so that the children can socialise with others. Be their first Nanny as the children has only been to nursery previously.
