Cocharo and I have an extensive background in Hotel Casino Operations. I currently am the Director of Operations at the Lone Butte Casino in Chandler Arizona . This new property is a sixty million dollar property that was completed in November 2008. I am part of the executive team who as clients directly managed the build. I have been involved in Hotel Casino builds with architects and contractors for the past twenty years. I have worked on two very large renovation projects over the years. From November 2004 to March of 2005 I was Assistant General Manager of Bullwhackers Casino in Black Hawk Colorado and contracted Mr. Holappa to renovate approximately 75,000 square feet of casino floor. This was a six million dollar project which Mr. Holappa managed from start to finish. He did a good job keeping to the budget and making sure the work was completed on time. From August 2006 to August 2008 I was the General Manager of Womacks Hotel Casino in Cripple Creek, Colorado. Womacks Hotel Casino is owned and operated by Century Casinos Inc. In the spring of 2007 our company decided to completely remodel the property. It had been in operation since 1992 and it needed a real face lift. We issued an RFP to several Colorado Architects to enter into a design competition for our property. Mr. Stephen Holappa and his architect were selected to be the design and general contractor from the finalists because of their outstanding reputation of performing quality construction work in a timely manner. Steve team was a pleasure to work with. Steve and his team worked with us and not against us to get this project completed on time and in the way we wanted it to look.
