Reflecting on Robin Williams death: I dont know about you but when i find out someone who is famous and I admire dies, I always look at their Wiki page because it doesnt make sense to me..... then I read about how theyve been through several marriages, extramarital relationships, and struggled with drug addiction... Im not saying this by judging them by any means or saying they are a bad person, life is hard and not always what you want it to be... trust me I get that! But it goes to show that having fame and fortune doesnt mean youre going to be a happier person. I see so many people striving to become famous, make more money, be more popular, surrounding themselves with bad influences, and reality media, thinking if I only have what so and so has then I would be happy. I say this from experience. I used to be so caught up in gossip, and what everyone else has and does. I even thought if I had more money Id be happier. As I get older I realize (as corny as it sounds) its all about the relationships you are building and also growing yourself as a person from the inside out. Im at a point in my life I want to keep learning and growing to be a great wife, mother, business owner, role model, friend, family member and realizing you TRUELY are who and what you surround yourself with. Obviously I dont know what really happened in this situation but I feel so bad for the family, friends and fans hearing about a guy we admired and looked up to die because no matter how much he made us laugh and feel happy he still wasnt happy himself. It just makes you think doesnt it? No matter what kind of fame or stature a person holds it still does not mean they are happy. So why do we waste so much of our life and energy around those people and things that make us unhappy or suck our energy away? Remember you cant control anyone but yourself so why let those people or things who dont get you or like you bother you or get in the way of your happy life? Ok Im done...
