Reflections: What do you do when facing a giant in your life? If you do nothing, youll likely end up paralyzed and defeated. If you run, youll likely end up in shame and discouragement. If you confront it and (as young David did in I Samuel 17:48) charge toward it, you will change the outcome. Intimidation often results in fear, worry, retreat or isolation. But counter it with faith and confidence in the Lord and you will open the pathway for a life changing breakthrough. David didnt run away, but instead, he ran toward the giant and his victory has become one of the greatest stories ever told. Today is the beginning of your new story. Confront it, Charge it and Change the outcome!
