Refurbished Melbourne XTrapolis train. Allocated spaces now marked on the floor and both facing forward/back. (One space was side-one, obstructing the walkway). But, why are there only two spaces being provided when the Transport Standards Part 9.6 clearly states 2 per carriage (with up to 8 able to be consolidated into one carriage)? If there are more spaces like this in other areas of the train, a wheelchair or scooter user cannot use them because boarding access is provided to the train at the first door only.
