Refuse to be Sick! “No one in Zion will say, “I’m sick.” Best of all, they’ll all live guilt-free” (Isaiah 33:24) The new creation in Christ Jesus has had his human life supplanted with God’s divine life, and the Spirit of God now gives life to his physical body: “But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you” (Romans 8:11). Thus as one whom the Spirit of God dwells, sickness, disease and infirmity shouldn’t have a place in your physical body because the Life-giver lives in you. Understand that sickness is not part of our heritage in the Kingdom of God; hence you must reject it with absolute vehemence. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. And all things are of God…” This means everything associated with the life of sin has passed away, including sickness, disease and infirmity. Your physical body has become God’s habitation; sickness has no right to co-exist with the Holy Spirit in your body, therefore refuse to be sick!
