Regarding ObamaCare: Please help any of our Gandhi Samaaj Member who may need to understand this better, or doing their application. Remember, March 31, 2014 is deadline to obtain any form of health insurance. This apply to only US Citizen and Valid resident. It seems that there has been lot of confusion regarding Obamacare. It is a little complicated to say the least, so I would recommend that: If your company providing Insurance which cover 80% of cost then you may not need to do anything If your income (see below chart) fall above per household size then you may not qualify for Obamacare credit If you answer no to both 1 and 2 then, you should registered yourself with healthcare.gov. Do your application and see if you qualify!!!! If your income is less then $15700 for year of 2013, then you may also qualify for Federal Medical program like Medicare. If you have your own insurance and your insurance company send you renewal notice, please do not ignore. For most people who are not eligible for the subsidies, you will probably be better off taking the renewal offers.
