Regarding RIK FOX. Im very sorry about this long e-mail, but I hope you will take a second to read this post, as its important to me. For those who know me, never in a million years would I post about a musician on my page, no matter how bad the situation. That is NOT how I do business. This came after months of thought and being slandered, bullied and abused by RIK FOX to the point its gone above and beyond what anyone should endure. Over the 33-years I have worked in the music business, I have worked extremely hard to create great working relationships with both musicians and industry. If you know me, if any issue arise, Ill always attempt to discuss it and come to terms to agree or disagree. Arguing and childish behavior is now how I do business. I highly respect the people I work with and in return Ive been lucky enough, they respect me. So PLEASE know this comes after being pushed to far and for my friends (you know who you are) who are being bullied by RIK FOX and are to scared to speak up, in fear of retribution. For months on end, I have been slandered and bullied by RIK FOX. Im spending countless hours answering mail about his bad behavior and its taking up hours and hours of my time. Untruths are being told about me to the public and I feel I have every right to clear my name. So here are the facts to sent the record straight. What did I do to RIK FOX? Absolutely nothing! For 33-years, Ive done nothing but support RIK FOX, working with him in Steeler, Sin. I recently assisted on a benefit which RIK FOX was on the bill, he called a close friend of mine racial name just before the event. Some of the people involved in the show (producers and musicians) wanted him off the bill. I fought for him to stay on the bill, because he was advertised. Shortly after, a second benefit came about, which RIK FOX was on the bill. I declined to assist on this show because of the problems with the first benefit. I did however help book an original member of W.A.S.P. and his band on the bill and promoted the show, nothing more. The night of the second charity event Rik asked me outside and proceeded to tell me you tried to take me off the bill and so this is the end of our friendship. and other choice words. Im dumbfounded, because I have no idea what hes talking about. I have never in 33-years taken any musician off a bill, including RIK FOX. We all believe RIK was angry because he wanted a few musicians to have a so-called W.A.S.P. jam/reunion that night and the musicians declined, I somehow got the blame. A few weeks later, just before I was about to go on the radio with an original member of W.A.S.P. Rik posts on my Facebook page a photo of himself with the members of W.A.S.P. and a photo by the side of it from my W.A.S.P. concert with the original members (Blackie, Randy, Chris and Tony). He was trying to prove he was an original, founding member of W.A.S.P. and get attention while Im on the radio. I asked it to be taken down, because I dont allow these kinds of posts on my page. I wake up the next morning and RIK FOX and his wife have sent me an e-mail demanding me to make a public apology for what I had done. What? I guess in RIK FOXs world, I have no right to say what is allowed to be posted on my personal Facebook page. He and his wife proceed to copy their e-mail to musicians and industry people, stating this is not slander, I am copying to it to people so they can be witnesses to Ginas crime. Seriously? I wrote him a professional letter asking him to stop slandering me to friends and industry. His response was to answer me back with a long and highly disrespectful letter. He then proceeds to forward my letter and his letter to musicians and industry again. Then People were forwarding his letters back to me asking me what was going on? Add to this for months hes been posting on his page all kinds of lies about me calling me a compulsive liar a pathetic individual, Im drinking the cool- aid of liars (meaning W.A.S.P.) and Im a blight and malignant cancer to social media. and it goes beyond that, he now wants to report me to the FBI?? He refers to me as a promoter with a flawless reputation which hes out to destroy. He is now posting personal business between me and other musicians on his page, trying to hurt me. Its one thing to slander me, but hes done this to SO many people for countless years. I know many musicians and others, who are scared to speak out, because they are afraid of his wrath. Well, this is where the buck stops for me, nobody should have to endure slander, lies and abuse online or otherwise. Its simply NOT okay. Please dont tell me to just ignore him, the issue with RIK FOX is if you dont do what he wants, believe everything he says, or if you dont agree with him, he will slander you for years and years and hes relentless. Hes done it to W.A.S.P. Ron Keel, Mandy Lion and the list goes on. Im personally not going to stand for it anymore. He has been posting about me, so his friends can see it, but blocking me so I cant. Yet people are sending me his posts on Face book, so I can see what hes saying about me. Id appreciate anyone seeing posts about me to send them to me. Had I done something wrong, I would be the first to apologize, thats how I operate, however I havent. What he is doing is wrong, cruel and unfair. It is an embarrassment I had to post this, but Im not going to sit back and tolerate it years more of lies, abuse and slander. Other people hes doing it too, you shouldnt either. Ive said my peace and should it continue, I will take further action. Please only post if you want to say something factual, I will not allow any needless, mean or hurtful posts about anyone on this post, they will be deleted. Thank you for your time and understanding.
