Regarding a 100% false news defaming me personally, once I faxed a written complain to Press Council against editor of a prominent weekly with strong words accusing paper stooping lower than yellow journalism. Council responded next day by replying that procedure as per law is to first send a clarification to same, newspaper, and if paper refused to print that, then only complain should be lodged. I sent a long clarification, which was printed in twisted way just as a news sticking to earlier stand and refusing to apologize. That time I was CEO of Nepal Telecom. After few days after the incident, the then communication minister asked me what happened to your war with that weekly paper? I replied that for the time being it is cease-fire!
