Regarding the incident on 2/28/14, the way that you were treated by our supervisor on duty that day is not consistent with Peet’s or my personal philosophy on how to handle customer incidents. Going forward the entire leadership team at the store understands that should any incidents occur with you or any customer, they are not permitted to take any extreme action without my approval.
