Regardless of our individual fitness levels, we all have a favourite workout move. Mine is the squat. Its relatively simple to work into your normal everyday routine without having to head to a gym to do it. There are also many benefits to doing squats such as building muscle in your whole body, mobility/balance, and theyll give you a nice booty. ;) But they are frequently done wrong, so I thought it might be helpful to share a video explaining how to do a squat properly. Obviously it comes from one of my fitness crushes Emily Schromm, because what else is new.
