Globally, there are many minorities communities or ethnics that are still severely and violently or brutally oppressed and marginalized despite after many millenniums of people and communities of conscience, good will and or compassion efforts and sacrifices to advance essential and meaningful human conditions and social progresses. These are behaviors that not only inflicted unimaginable destruction, harms and sufferings to sentient and thus humanity, but also constructed and perpetuated culture of abuse, violence, fear, deception or falseness, oppression, destruction, and inhumanity. These are not signs of lack of conscience or indifference but rather no consciousness or unconscious; or in other words, no conscience and essence of being (physically partially hardwired through millenniums of evolution as well as fully hardwired through present social institution, infrastructures and indoctrination). Resources have always been causes for conflict since the dawn of humanity, and in particularly recently, fossil fuels are critical and price global commodities. Many global economies would come to a halt or in crises if fossil fuels are monopolized by certain groups or coalition. And therefore, there are constant insecurity, doubt, fear and mistrust among communities and nations as well as tactics to compete, divide and conquer, or for self gains and benefits at the expense of the common and greater good.
