Regional Solutions Development Manager Responsibilities: To design and develop software solutions and map solutions to meet customer demand and needs. Support vendors on custom made solutions and assist to resolve issues from regional service team and customers. Research into new and emerging technologies and prepare and submit required documents to company managements or customers. Essential Job Functions: Ownership for in house solutions portfolio from end-to-end, including business case development, solutions planning, technical content, training and certification. Design and develop software solutions to meet customer requirements. Assist the Managed Print Services business in solutions architecturing. Support regional companies in solutions architecture to potential customers. Desigtn and map solutions to meet customer demands/needs and provide assistance to customers and regional companies on customization. Support vendors on custom-made solutions. Conduct discovery and requirements gathering workshops. Provide technical consultancy to regional companines and customers. Working with the defined Systems Integrators, product marketing to define solution strategy based on feedback from sales and service, expected business pipeline and solutions roadmap. Work with different teams to meet project milestones and deadlines. Research into new and emerging technologies. Prepare and submit required documentations to company managements or customers. Management of launching new solutions and SW applications. Responsibility for regional results in solutions and SW applications. Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time. Requirements: 5+ years technical Sales experience in related field (Software, Solutions, Document Management, Manage Print Services, Color/Monochrome MFP engines and Production Print) with a proven track record of achieving/exceeding quota in a regional position or similar. Degree or equivalent in related business and technology certification a plus. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. The candidate must be a self-starter, possess excellent time management skills and work well with ambiguity. Strong working knowledge: Document manage / scanning applications and workflows.
