This luxurious nursing home in Melksham provides first class care and support to older people with dementia, nursing and residential care needs. Focused on delivering the highest standards of person centred care, my client is looking to recruit a committed Nurse to begin working on their 22 bed unit that provides specialist nursing care to individuals with dementia. Working as a RMN within the service, you will be responsible for delivering person centred care, assessing and compiling care plans designed specifically to the residents needs, administering medication and supervising a care team. This role requires a motivated and passionate Nurse with a Mental Health Nursing qualification and an active NMC Pin Number. Experience caring for individuals with dementia is required. This is a full time, permanent opportunity covering 36 - 42 hours per week, working days OR nights. An excellent hourly rate of £14 per hour will be offered to the successful candidate.
