We support a variety of clients from all walks of life including: Palliative care Elderly frail Children Complex care As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for record keeping, medication administration, care plan reviews and supporting Care Assistants. We have a range of shifts available covering days, nights and weekends and therefore can offer flexibility to suit your current circumstances. The type of work we have available is social/continuing and complex community, respite care (days/nights 4 hours or more, sleep in care, waking night care, live in care and short term and long term visits).
