Reiki is a simple and powerful system of energy work that anyone can learn to use for developing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wholeness in themselves and for assisting others. Reiki is a natural system of energy healing. This is the life force that permeates the universe. Reiki is a fusion of spiritual healing and health practices. It is done by placing the hands on or near the recipient. In many cultures it is known as laying on of hands. The practitioner becomes a conduit for Reiki energy while placing their hands on or over a series of locations on the recipient’s body. Reiki flows through the practitioner, but is not generated by the practitioner. Reiki will assist us on our path to enlightenment as it gives us expedited access to universal life force energy.
