The purpose of this event: For me to speak directly with people on my friends list that are serious about solving black issues in our inner cities starting in Chicago. On November 11th 2014 will mark 23 years that I have been trying to find others in my city to work with me directly in moving my virtual organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement from behind a computer but to this day I have no one in my city willing to step forward. Since 2001 over 4,000 people in my city alone has been killed due to urban violence and yet there is no black leader in the United States that has a plan to end urban violence. I went out of my way to gather reasonable brothers, sisters, and others to join my management team so that I can turn my vision into reality. I tired to reach street people by explaining to them to take pride in themselves and their community, telling them to respect themselves the elderly and others and stop backing these career politicians. I am on 300 social networks and I have 125,000 people worldwide on my friends list but yet only three people are on my advisory board this is unacceptable Black People! What black people have been doing for the last 50 years hasnt work my people in America you better wake up and start thinking for yourselves and when the smooth talking black capitalist come to you with crumbs trying to turn you against one another ask yourself why? Twisted brothers and sisters wont listen and this is why I decided to make my organization private to weed out small minded individuals. Since I lack the manpower and the capital to jump start my organization I decided to write my publish my book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition. In my book I provide a road map on how my organization will end urban violence, gun violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance. Our focus is on providing goods and services to the low income African American community and working directly with single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families within the communities and cities we will serve. We will start GRCAM on the Westside of Chicago and eventually expand to the Southside of Chicago to make my city a model before we expand to 25 other cities within 25 states which are as follows: Alabama; Arkansas; California; Connecticut; Florida; Georgia; Illinois; Indiana; Kansas; Louisiana; Maryland; Michigan; Minnesota; Mississippi; North Carolina; New Jersey; New York; Ohio; Oklahoma; Pennsylvania; Texas; Tennessee; Virginia; Washington; and Wisconsin. Our political component will help write and get our laws on the books which will be compatible with the dominant culture. Our laws will protect local residents and give community rights to those affected by bias in the current system. Once GRCAM is established we will hold both Rogue Cops and Urban Terrorist accountable for their actions and create laws aimed specifically at those who continue to destroy black life through our political component. We will offer a second chance program for ex offenders, former gang members, and the homeless as well as to provide private employment within the organization to our clients and members based on our budget and sponsorship. Why only 25 cities because for 23 years established black organizations in my city refuse to work with me and for this reason I have decided to make my organization private in order to exclude small minded individuals. No man nor woman on earth will change the vision my creator has given me to do. My message is only for those who want to solve our social problems once and for all one community, one city, and one state at a time. My Objective: To hear from local artist and national artist who have read my story and agree with my plan/vision to make themselves known to me. I seek people who are gifted in the area of Poets, Performing Artist, Musicians, Actors, Actresses, Singers, Models, and Film Director who will work with me in turning my book into a movie. Just print out my book flier and share my book information with your family, friends, your place of worship, and at your local community center. Once I am able to find a legitimate film director or play director I will give you an opportunity to participate in our open auditions when the time comes. I might be able to help pay for your travel expenses and hotel pending on my budget. For the time being I recommend that you join my social groups and promote your business or ministry or just network with my supporters from around the world until I am able to find a legitimate film director or play director. Once I am able to generate enough capital from my book sell and from my movie/play then I will hire 30 people to join my management team. Once I have my team in place we will look for a place of business starting on the Westside of Chicago and eventually on the Southside of Chicago. I will invite those of you in my social groups to come to Chicago and meet our clients and members in person. You can promote your business or ministry for three weeks free of charge. I want to make this a meaningful experience I have ran across so many fake people online. I am an authentic urban author and upcoming social entrepreneur. I will hire thirty people within the United States who are brave enough and smart enough to be on my team they must have degrees or training in the following careers: Executive Assistant, Accountant, General Manager, Social Worker, Associate Director, Financial Planner, Marketing, Information Technology Coordinator, Grant Writer, Lawyer, Development Assistant, Real Estate Broker, Business Manager Insurance Agent, Administrative Receptionist, Human Resource Manger Finance, Musician, Vocal Coach, Poet, Play Writers/ Film Makers, Actors/Actresses, Theater Director, Public Relation Specialist, Journalist, and Box Office Staff. My vision goes beyond Urban America. Once we’re established in 25 cities within 25 states then I plan to expand my organization abroad to Africa to create economic development in 25 countries in Africa. We will wait until conditions of Ebola virus is under control before we go to Liberia. We will go through the proper channels to get this organization as an NGO (Non-Government Organization) chapters in Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, and do our research to see if people want and need our services. We will offer private employment within the organization to our clients and members based on our budget and sponsorship. This organization will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, do cooperative alliance in matters of trade, provide regional security, and most of all educate our people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. We will also expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands to people that want and need our services. My organization is open to all law abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist.
