Releasing 10% DA an appreciable act Establishing of new Administrative Units a historical decision but more things are yet to be done We hope immediate redressel of all the issues and grievances:EJAC =>President EJAC Kashmir Mr. Aijaz Khan and whole leadership of EJAC KASHMIR including Haji Nazir Zargar, Ishtiyaq Beigh, Imtiyaz Khan, Bashir Ganaie, Malik Hassan, Mir Bashir, Tasleema Subhan express their happiness and satisfaction over the cabinet decision of Releasing 10% DA in favour of state employees, we are highly thankful to Hon’ble Chief Minister Mr Omer Abdullah, Finance Minister Mr Ab Rahim Rather, Mr Ali Muhammad Sagar, Muhammad Ramzan Choudry, Taj Mohiuddin and Chief Secretary for their key role regarding this issue, as the enhanced DA has to be released with the salary of March 2014, we hope the arrears will be released with immediate effect via GPF route. Establishing of new Administrative Units is a historic move but much more is still been done, common people must get the basic facilities, EJAC KASHMIR appeal Hon’ble Chief Minister to be cordial with state employees, as he is well aware about the fact that employees are the main tool of any government to function we appeal him to solve all the genuine demands of state employees without any further delay, we appeal him to take steps for the regularisation of Daily wagers, adhoc and contractual employees need basis workers and other such employees. It is a matter of deep concern that the employees of CAPD District Srinager are yet to get the salary of October 2013, it is not understandable that why these innocent employees are being politically victimized. We appeal Hon’ble Chief Minister to take personal interest in this issue, we don’t understand if all other state employees got their salary, why these particular sects of employees are being victimized? Further the teachers working under SSA are not being paid their salaries for several months, government must take immediate steps for releasing their salaries as they are suffering. It is a basic right of an employee to get his/her salary after being working but unfortunately here employees are being make suffer, we appeal the government to avoid such tactics, be employee friendly, the employees will deliver their best. We hope immediate redressel of all the issues and grievances of state employees.
