#Reliance BIG TV: I write an e-mail stating complaint of poor audio-video disturbance. They generate 3 service requests on that. 1) for actual complaint, charge = Rs.175/- 2) for part replacement = Rs.250/- and 3rd for another service request again charging Rs.175/-. Meanwhile the technician comes home and replaces the defective part. We give him Rs.100/- as gratitude money. However, one day later the network connection is again taken away. I pay Rs.250/- online. I get an error message and my money is also cut. I write two messages one saying we only sent you one request, other saying reimburse our Rs.250/- They conveniently read the second message and explain why Rs.250/- were cut for Replacement of a part. I paid another Rs.325/- in between when they sent us a message to recharge up to that amount to continue using their services. Eventually Saturday comes, I call them in evening repeatedly. No one to lift the phone. To emails they reply only after one day. Their automatic voice message device does not work properly. We are left fuming unable to watch TV for over a week even after paying Rs.(175+250+100+250+325)=Rs.1100/- and yet our account is being suspended for non-payment of Rs.175/- service charge for a request we never made.
