To support a small team of associates to deliver reliable services to customers and/or other colleagues in the organization. To ensure 100% adherence to POG and promo implementation in the store. To work with my team to reduce dump, shrink and other losses of the store. To ensure that store is kept clean and hygienic. To ensure that all consumables are within budget and work towards reducing costs. Rounds of Interviews: 1) R PAT (Personality Aptitude Test)- Aptitude Test wherein 12 minutes will be given to solve 50 questions based on Maths, English, and Reasoning & General Knowledge. There would not be negative marking. 2) PI Test-Psychometric Test (to be conducted at our office) 3) HR Screening Round (to be conducted at our office) 4) Operations Round (to be conducted at our office)
