Reliane Fresh is a harrasment for customers in Agra, billing stations not working, few billing stations working but those sitting on billing dont know how to do fast dealings (for billing you need to be ready mentally n physically to stand in que for 35-40 minutes)....... either they dont bar codes n rush to different counters for getting bar codes leaving the billing counters else they are so overloaded with work that they forget to rechange the reliance cards. I saw many customer leaving their full trollies just because of slow billing n standing in que for more then twenty minutes. No one to pack stuff in bags at the billing counters, the customers have to do on their own (its ridiculous) the packing of dals, rices extra are done in paper bags but they dont have even tapes to ceal those paper bags they seal it with little stickers (so whatever we buy is spilt over since its not properly sealed.) for those buying fruits n vegitables their r mesh bags n then u need to get the bar codeing done, even those coding is on stickers n is stuck on mesh bags, later at bar coding is not readable by bar code machines since the barcodes are on uneven area. The customers trollies are not allowed to be carried in lifts to the parking area ( the biggest disadvantage) last but noot the least u get free parking slip n when u ask parking wala about same he guides u that u get the refund where u paid the money at the entrance, that means in order to get the refund of Rs.Twenty you have to re-enter the mall and then take another round of the mall resulting into more wastage of petrol rather then the gain of Rs.20/-. Hence, I would not recommend any Agra citizen to visit it.
