In addition to requesting transportation, make sure you indicate you can provide a ride if you have a car and any extra seats!! --- Want to burn all those calories from that falafel sandwich? Walk to conference instead. Or you could opt out, save the calories for all that walking around from lecture to lecture, and drive to conference. In that case, please be kind and save someone else the trouble of walking to LA.
