Remember The Ernie Kovacs Show? I was an incessant watcher. He was a pioneer in television, because he was the first person to understand what you could do with the medium other than just point a camera at a variety show. The creators of Laugh In always acknowledged their debt to him and imitated many of his innovations, as did Saturday Night Live, and even Sesame Street. I have him on video, and also have a CD with the music used in his shows, but happily, a lot if it is available on YouTube, and I can recommend all of it. This is probably his most well known ensemble bit. The world was a much sadder place when he died tragically in 1962. https://youtube/watch?v=416o9b_pjQk
